Palm Beach County Delinquent Property Tax List
Taxes are collected out of West Palm Beach on the same statutory calendar as every other Florida county — delinquent April 1, certificates sold on or before June 1. We cover that cycle, and why this is a different lead from pre-foreclosure, here. What is not the same in every county is the property behind the delinquency, and how Palm Beach runs its sale.
Where to find Palm Beach County's delinquent property tax list
The list is on the Palm Beach County Tax Collector's Tax Certificates and Deeds page. The county puts it this way: "For a list of delinquent property taxes click the button below." The View list button links to pagesuite-professional.co.uk.
Each Palm Beach County row in Lispend carries the parcel, property address, owner, the owner's mailing address and the tax amount due with its measurement date. It also shows whether the owner lives at the property, the homestead exemption status and the assessed market value; skip tracing runs inside Lispend, bought separately as credits.
What the delinquent roll in Palm Beach County is made of
Palm Beach County property tax goes delinquent on April 1. The parcel then stays on the Tax Collector's list until the annual certificate sale, which the county holds 60 days after delinquency or June 1, whichever is later.
The property behind it
The Property Appraiser's 2026 figures show 662,126 real property parcels, including 390,243 single-family parcels and 186,723 condominium units.
Concentrated around West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach.
How Palm Beach County runs its certificate sale
Buyers bid at the certificate sale for a competitive bid rate of return. Certificates nobody buys are struck to the county, where they accrue interest at 18% a year, or 1.5% a month. Tax deed sales are held online at palmbeach.realtaxdeed.com.
What to do differently here
Work owners between April 1 and the certificate sale, while the parcel is delinquent and no certificate has been sold on it. Once a certificate sells, the owner redeems by paying the delinquent taxes, accrued interest, a collection fee and advertising costs.
