What All The Leads is

A nationwide lead-list and marketing-services company, founded in 2013. It sells lists county by county and month by month (probate, pre-probate, late-mortgage and aged or expired listings among them) and wraps them in services: direct mail, an inside-sales calling team, a CRM, and design and social-media work. Its pre-probate lists are built by matching death records to property records, not from a court filing.

What it is genuinely good at

It can reach owners before anything is filed. Pre-probate lists find property still titled to someone who has died, and late-mortgage lists target homeowners 60, 90 or 120 days behind, often before any public foreclosure record exists. A feed built on county filings, like ours, starts at the filing and cannot see that earlier stage.

What it costs

Property+ enrichment, for probate subscribers, is $2.00 a lead on top of the list. In its own worked examples, direct-mail letters are $1.50 a piece and the inside-sales calling team is $20 an hour. Design and social-media services are sold separately, social media management from $189 a month.

Where we differ

It is priced by the county and by the list, and that is where the two products part ways. All The Leads publishes no probate price; it quotes each county, and its own worked example charges $895 for one month of one list in one Florida county. That can be the right buy if you farm a single county with a single strategy. Our subscription covers every live county in Florida and California, with probate beside lis pendens, tax-delinquent and lien filings in the same feed, so widening your buy box or adding a second list costs nothing extra. When the bill multiplies by county and by list, a wider search gets expensive fast.
