BatchLeads alternative for Florida
We are not going to pretend BatchLeads is bad. It is not, and you would spot it immediately. Here is what it actually is, what it costs, where we differ, and who should pick which.
What BatchLeads is
A list-building and outreach platform. Pull a list, stack it against other lists, get phone numbers and emails attached, and dial or text straight out of the same tool. The workflow is built around volume outreach rather than around research.
What it is genuinely good at
List stacking and the fact that contact data is bundled rather than metered. If your process is "pull ten thousand records and start dialling," the whole tool is shaped for exactly that and it is good at it.
What it costs
| BatchLeads plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Growth | $119/mo | 10,000 monthly leads, 20,000 exports, 3 users |
| Professional | $349/mo | 35,000 monthly leads, 70,000 exports, 8 users |
| Scale | $749/mo | 75,000 monthly leads, 150,000 exports, 26 users |
Contact information is included in every tier rather than metered per record. The AI dialer is a separate $89/mo, and annual billing is advertised at 40% off monthly.

Where we differ
The cliff is the story here. Growth is reasonable at $119, and the next step up is $349 — a tripling, triggered by lead volume rather than by anything about deal quality. That pricing shape rewards pulling more records, which is the opposite of what a Florida operator working a tight buy box actually needs. A volume tool makes volume the goal. The alternative is to start from a much smaller list where the county, the filing type and the owner resolution have already done the filtering, and never approach the ceiling that triggers the jump in the first place.
For reference, we are $129 on Closer and $179 on Volume, and you can browse the live feed without a card to see whether the counties you work are covered before paying anything.
Pick BatchLeads if…
Pick BatchLeads if your business genuinely is volume outreach, you want the dialer and the list in one place, or you are working several states at once. If you are dialling ten thousand records a month, bundled contact data at $119 is hard to argue with.
Pick us if…
Pick us if you work Florida, you want the filing rather than a filter over a national dataset, and you would rather have a short list where the owner and the mailing address are already resolved than a long one where they are not. Three filing types — pre-foreclosure, probate and tax-delinquent — in the same counties, at a flat price with no per-record meter.
